Consonance D-Linear15

Experience the true potential of your audio equipment with the Consonance D-Linear15 power conditioner. Designed to match each piece with its own power supply requirement, it provides 3 groupings and 10 total output ports, including specific digital and analog power supplies for optimal performance. The digital power ports support sources such as DACs, streamers, and CD players, while the analog ports are perfect for pre-amplifiers and phono stages. 

Digital sources and analog pre-amplifiers are not sensitive to internal resistance from the power grid, but do need pure, clean electricity. However, with their high gain, pre-amplifiers and phono stages are very sensitive to dirty power and will amplify any line noise. With the D-Linear15, digital and analog equipment are plugged in to separate independent ports, avoiding crossover noise. The digital and pre-amplifier outputs travel through a high quality transformer with 3 levels of shielding (type R) which is isolated with silicon-gel. The silicon-gel will lower the high frequency noise and supply suitable damping. Digital and analog power output will, in turn, be isolated.

Typically power and integrated amps have a power supply utilizing a high-power transformer, and due to their low internal impedance they can be very sensitive to DC offset. DC offset can cause transformers to hum, run hotter and have lower voltage output . The D-Linear15 power amp outputs work in parallel mode with the AC power supply and, as an active system, compensate for any DC offset in the AC mains from the wall socket. The special circuit design does not limit the AC to the audio system in any way and thus allows for several powerful amps to be powered by the D-Linear15.

Security Protection:
- Overcurrent Protection: The D-Linear15 will shut down the power supply to protect the equipment if the equipment receives too much current.
- Overvoltage Protection: The D-Linear15 will shut down the power supply to protect the equipment if there is a sudden dangerous level of voltage.
- Surge Protection: The D-Linear15 will protect the equipment if there is a surge in the power grid.

- Common-mode Interference Rejection, restrain the same phase high frequency interference from live line, neutral line to earth line.
- Differential-mode Interference Rejection, restrain the high frequency interference from live line to earth line.
- Phase Correction, restrain the DC between positive line and the negative line.
