Warranty

Western HiFi LLC will honor the manufacturer warranty and term of warranty of all products that we distribute, and will arrange for warranty repair for products that we acquire through other authorized USA distributors. Warranty repairs and service will be handled in the USA in most cases, unless the product needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer.

Please keep your original receipt for proof of purchase should service be required during the warranty period, as well as orignal packing material to adequately protect the item during any required shipping.

We will not honor any warranty for products that are purchased from any other source than Western HiFi LLC within the USA or outside the USA. If you did not purchase the product from Western HiFi LLC you should contact the retailer who originally sold you the product for warranty service.

For any service of any of the products in our catalog outside of the warranty period, we will assist to recommend or arrange repair service where applicable. 

Note that any shipping required for warranty repairs will be at the customer's expense. We can provide shipping labels for return, utilizing our shipping discounts, and the fees will be charged to a credit card along with actual return shipping cost.
